My name is Kari Mullican, BSN, RN. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of TN and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University. I have been a nurse for 17 years. My nursing experience consists of ICU/CCU, as well as, 10 years with the Vanderbilt Infectious Disease Clinic. I have been with RCS as a school nurse since 2019.

ImmunizationS and Physical Exam

• All NEW RCS Students (Pre-K, Kindergarten, Out-of-State,  transfers from private schools/home schools) are required to submit proof of current, up to date immunizations prior to registration. These must be submitted on the required TN Dept. of Health Immunization form. 
• All New RCS Students are required to provide proof of a physical/well child visit dated within the past year. The physical must be submitted within 30 days of registration.
