2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration Information
Registration Through Skyward
Please click here to register for Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.
You will need to have the following items for registration:
- TWO proofs of residency: a current rental or mortgage statement, a current utility bill (electric, water, or gas).
- All proof of residencies must contain custodial parent's name and address. If parent lives with someone else, they must obtain an affidavit from the office.
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of custody

- If parents are divorced or separated, a copy of the custody papers are required.
- TN Immunization Record
- Copy of physical exam dated 7/1/23 to 8/1/24.
- Child's birth certificate

Screening Information
We will screen at CES May 6th-May 10th
If you completed your screening in May, you will not need to attend a date in August.
CES secretary will call to schedule appointment for screening once application has been approved.

A few notes to help make for a fabulous screening time.

- Parent must have their valid photo ID.
- Parents will wait in chairs outside of the office.
- Once the screening is complete, a kindergarten teacher will walk the child back to the parents/guardian.
